Kos DRIVR – Transfer and Car Rental Services

1. General

1.1. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Kos DRIVR (“we”, “us”, “our”) to customers (“you”, “your”). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1.2. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1. Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or authorized agents. 2.2. A valid payment method must be provided at the time of booking. Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm the booking. 2.3. Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or other accepted methods. 2.4. Prices are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1. Cancellations must be made in writing via email or through our booking system. 3.2. Refunds for cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

  • More than 7 days before the service: Full refund.
  • 3-7 days before the service: 50% refund.
  • Less than 3 days before the service: No refund. 3.3. We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

4. Transfer Services

4.1. Transfer services include transportation from specified pick-up to drop-off locations as indicated at the time of booking. 4.2. Passengers must be ready at the pick-up location at the scheduled time. Delays may result in additional charges or cancellation of the service without refund. 4.3. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Car Rental Services

5.1. Rental vehicles must be returned in the same condition as they were at the start of the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear. 5.2. The rental period and rates are agreed upon at the time of booking. Extensions may be granted subject to availability and additional charges. 5.3. Drivers must possess a valid driver’s license and meet the age requirements specified at the time of booking. 5.4. The renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period. Insurance options may be available and are recommended.

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1. We carry insurance coverage as required by law. Additional insurance options may be available for purchase. 6.2. Our liability for any loss or damage arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. 6.3. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Customer Conduct

7.1. Customers are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner while using our services. 7.2. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who is deemed to be acting inappropriately or in violation of these Terms.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services. 8.2. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. 9.2. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.
